Dr. Spencer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from VPI and SU in 1977. She then completed a Masters and Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Georgia in 1983. After graduation, she worked in a small animal/equine practice in Aiken, SC. In 1999, she moved to Mt. Pleasant to join the Animal Medical Center. Dr. Spencer practices small animal medicine and surgery with special interest in dermatology and reproductive physiology. She resides in Mt. Pleasant with her 3 dogs and 1 cat.
