Dr. Dugger grew up in Dallas, Texas before attending Clemson University. He graduated in 2021 with a B.S. in Genetics with general and departmental honors and a B.S. in Animal and Veterinary Sciences. He returned to Texas to fulfill his dream of becoming a veterinarian at Texas A&M University, but he couldn’t stay away from the Palmetto State. After graduating in May of 2025, Dr. Dugger relocated to Charleston with his fiancée and his two dogs, Abel and Teddy. Dr. Dugger is passionate about the role of primary care veterinarians in the health of their community, and he looks forward to forging strong relationships with his clients and their pets. His professional interests include neurology and diagnostic imaging, and he has a particular fondness for Dachshunds! In his free time, he enjoys exploring his new home, laying back on the beach, cooking, grilling, and all things college football, especially his Tigers and Aggies.
